Medical Training Cart
The scope was to provide a height adjustable cart for use with a Laparoscopic training kit to assist with training surgeons for all forms of laparoscopic surgery.
With a requirement to also have the monitor at an extended height, we were able to create an OEM cart that matched the customer requirement.

Medical Carts
This customer was using multiple Mobile carts for various medical applications. They were sourcing from outside the UK and were experiencing delays and damage caused by transit.
This was a complex project where we had to work closely with the client to incorporate all the requirements currently covered by the existing six carts to develop and create one cart that would not only have the same functionality of all the existing carts but improve where they were not meeting the requirements and demands individually.

Laser Cart base
A different type of enquiry came from another medical company who have multiple high value mobile surgical lasers, that are transported to and from hospitals for procedures. These lasers chassis was failing and therefore rendering the equipment unusable. We created a strong, mobile base that was designed to support the heavy laser, improve ease the manoeuvrability and add the option to remove for periodic maintenance to avoid future failures.
